Summer is here!

No, this isn't an old letter from last summer.

It's about the brand new book just coming out this week. (February 4)

In the U.S., it's called SUMMER ACCORDING TO HUMPHREY.

In the U.K., it's called HOLIDAYS ACCORDING TO HUMPHREY.

Whatever you call it, it's an unsqueakably exciting adventure.

Betty G. Birney says that kids everywhere ask her what Humphrey does over the summer vacation.

I didn't know, myself, until it HAPPENED!

And there were owls and wild mice, and Jake the Snake and Lovey-Dovey and a SCARY-SCARY-SCARY thing called The Howler.
