A thousand words

Actually, a thousand words isn’t all that much to a writer. So a picture can be worth far more than the proverbial thousand words.
I had to spend some time gathering together fan mail and art for an upcoming sales meeting. What a delight to rummage through the hundreds of letters and even more artwork from Humphrey’s fabulous fans. I thought I’d share a couple of them that made me smile.

Emily, I’m glad you’re a fan. There will be more Humphrey books. The seventh book, School Days According to Humphrey comes out June 30. I’ve finished the 8th book which will be out in 2012. And there will be more, I promise!
